Spend a week in ADK-land; help both InterVarsity and Young Life

Basileia

Worship at BasileiaEvery spring hundreds of college students from New York and New Jersey spend a week in the Adirondacks at a conference called Basileia, which is Greek for “kingdom.”

Run by InterVarsity and hosted at Young Life’s Saranac Village, Basileia draws students from across the spiritual spectrum, offering tracks in exploring, practicing, and leading others in faith. It is a powerful, often life-changing experience.

We have an opportunity to support Basielia by helping prepare the camp facilities for Young Life’s summer season. Spending a work week at Saranac Village–at no cost except your sweat–will earn tuition waivers for InterVarsity students. And it will make the grounds ready to receive the thousands of kids who will camp there throughout the summer.

Dates

May 7 to 13 (building and grounds prep)
May 26 to June 1 (landscaping)
