World Vision Global 6K for Water

6 Kilometers is the average distance people in the developing world walk for water - water that is often contaminated with life-threatening diseases. On Saturday, May 4th, Mosaic is co-hosting an event that will help bring life-changing clean water to communities in need around the world.

It's not a race. It's a day to walk or run 6K at your own pace, with friends and neighbors, to bring life-changing clean water to communities in need. Every step you take is one they won't have to.

World Vision believes the global water and sanitation crisis can be solved within our lifetimes. In 2017, they brought water to 3.2 million people. Just $50 will provide clean water to one person in need.

Interested in helping to make this happen? We'd love help with set-up and tear-down, greeters, guides along the route, breakfast-food bakers, and more... please let us know!

World Vision is the largest non-governmental provider of clean water in the world, pursuing four key areas of development: health, education, food, and economic development.
